"Landpartie" means you can experience the regional cuisine with us completely new. Our team around chef Klaus-Peter Kablau creates new delicios dishes every month - naturally with fresh ingredients from the region.
Since sustainability and the conservation of our natural resources are an integral part of the HEIDE SPA corporate philosophy, we also source most of our food from our immediate surroundings. This strengthens domestic producers and protects the environment through short transport routes. And besides,regional fresh food tastes evan better.
